"ConTact C.A.R.E is a Martial Arts discipline that applies the Flinchlock Release Method to locate and release trapped pressure from the body.

Releasing this pressure allows the body's nature processes to return to balance and ease."

Hello, my name is Natalie Foster, I am a ConTact CARE - FlinchLock Release Practitioner, this is my third year as a working practitioner.

I am originally from England, soon after being made redundant from my job in London I had a head on car crash, injuring my lower spine. I then moved to the USA to be near my family, whilst there I saw many specialists and Chiropractors, with no real help to my (then) very painful lower back.

After coming to New Zealand, I approached Contact C.A.R.E in Ngatea through a recommendation, who made the pain in my spine completely disappear, as the real problem was actually in my ribs from the seat belt.

I was amazed that my pain had gone, but it wasn't until my husband injured himself, whilst in the garden, that I took him to see the same Practitioner to be "restored to balance" that I realised that this was what I needed to be able to do for others.

I spent the next year training in Ngatea, New Zealand under the Founder Dale Weston Speedy, and the Co-Founder Kym Summers. I learned the difference between how the medical profession deal with just symptoms and how ConTact C.A.R.E actually gets to the cause, or even the cause of the cause of the injury/illness.

This is the key to a pain free life, for everyone.

I spent a year working in a ConTact C.A.R.E clinic, already established in Thames, helping the farmers, the elderly, locals and others "just visiting".

I approached the Founder of the technique, and he was very excited I had decided to help those in the Far North, who had been previously unrepresented in ConTact C.A.R.E.

Everyone is welcome at the clinic, old or young, big or small, newly born or still in the womb, ConTact C.A.R.E FlinchLock Release has something for everyone.

    A little about Jane:

I have a background in Horticulture, having had a successful career working in the Botanic Gardens in Dunedin, Wellington and Auckland. This work was quite physical and I was suffering from an increased amount of pain on a regular basis, this prevented me from continuing with the career I so much enjoyed.

At the time I was living in Kaiaua, and through word of mouth heard about Dale Weston Speedy who was close by in Ngatea. Dale was the Founder of ConTact CARE, and was helping people get back to living their lives again free of pain by his use of the Flinchlock Release method.

I had three appointments with Dale and the result was that I was pain free, able to move freely, and get back to doing the things I loved once more.

I was absolutely blown away by the change in myself, this led me to realise that I needed to learn how to do this life changing work myself.

I started my training with Dale in 2008 and since that time have continued studying whilst working on dogs, dairy cows, horses and people.

In June 2018 I moved, with my partner Jeff, to Okaihau, where we breed and fatten beef cattle on our 220Ha farm.

I am fortunate to be working with Natalie Foster in the Far North ConTact CARE clinic in Kaikohe, where between us we can help anyone that needs us.
